Technical Trainer / Co-Ordinator - Centurion at Ampath

Purpose of Position:

• Co-ordinate, develop, facilitate and quality assure the implementation of technical training procedures.

Requirements:

• Grade 12, HPCSA Registration in Relevant Register and Practice Field, National Diploma: Biomedical Technology, Registered Assessor, Registered Facilitator, Registered Modertor

Required Experience:

• Knowledge: CDP Requirements, Knowledge: Google and Google Mail, Knowledge: HPCSA regulations, Knowledge: Meditech system, Knowledge: MS Excel, Knowledge: MS PowerPoint, Knowledge: MS Word, Knowledge: relevant pathology test procedures, Knowledge: SMLTSA’s general procedures, rules and regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate CPD related procedures to ensure advice and opportunity for Ampath Staff to accumulate the regulatory number of Continuous Education Units (CEUs), Design, assess and moderate learner evidence to assess competence, Design, assess and moderate learner evidence to assess competence, Facilitate and design technical training material to ensure preparation of learners for the SMLTSA board exam, Maintain good client relations to ensure that client’s technical training needs are met, Maintain good client relations to ensure that client’s technical training needs are met
