Develops and administers technical training programs, assesses training effectiveness and development needs for the organisation, helps individuals and groups develop technical skills and knowledge, creates training manuals, presents in-person training sessions and virtual training sessions. Oversees and manages the entire technical training program, liasing with external training suppliers for content delivery and compliance. Effectively manages the on-boarding and induction of new technical staff into the business.
