ROLE OVERVIEW:

• The Tool Service Centre Technician is part of the TSC team for Hilti South Africa and is responsible for always offering an exceptional level of repair, specifically focusing on quality, speed, and costs of repair of Hilti tools. This is an entry level job that prepares you for a future sales career path with Hilti.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• As a Tool Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the best-in-class repair of Hilti power tools in different segments, like angle grinders, rotary hammers, combi hammers, vacuum cleaners, breakers, screwdrivers, diamond and measuring tools, and others.
• This role will require you to use analytical skills to perform root cause analysis and develop proposals & solutions to improve the quality, speed, and costs of repair process.

WHAT YOU NEED IS?

• Technical degree (Electrical/Mechanical preferred)
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent teamwork and commitment to achieve great results
