As a Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist in Histology, you are entrusted with a critical role in the diagnostic journey—preparing and analysing tissue specimens that inform life-changing medical decisions.

Role Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must hold:
a National Diploma in Medical Technology (Histology) or a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Medical Laboratory Science (BSc MLS)
be registered with the HPCSA as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist in Histology.
These qualifications ensure that you are equipped with the scientific knowledge and professional standing to perform confidently in a specialised and evolving field. We are looking for individuals with 1–2 years of experience in a pathology laboratory environment. This experience provides the practical insight needed to navigate the complexities of histological analysis.
