• Our client has a contract opportunity for a Technology lead passionate about modern technologies and who thrives in an environment that fosters autonomous, productive teams. You will work on the latest Actimize solutions, tackling real-time critical platforms and helping shape the future of Managed Application Operations.
• This is a 12-month contract

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Actimize operations across various client environments.
• Run daily processes, batches, and services on Actimize solutions such as SAM, CDD, WLF, and IFM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues (e.g., database, batch failures, application server issues).
• Automate daily tasks and reporting processes.
• Proactively improve system resiliency and performance.
• Monitor server performance, memory, CPU, file systems, databases, and batch jobs.
• Document incidents, update operational docs, and provide Knowledge Transfer (KT) to team members.
• Support client testing, tuning, and solution upgrade activities.
• Provide on-call support and work during non-prime shifts on a rotating basis.
• Coordinate with clients and Actimize customer support teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills:

• 4-7 years of experience in Application Support with strong knowledge of SDLC.
• Proficiency in MS SQL and OS (Windows/Linux).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to identify root causes of performance issues.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible to work in shifts and provide weekly on-call support, including weekends.
• Prior experience with Actimize or in the banking industry is an advantage, including development experience in Java and familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Shell Script, PowerShell).
