Rustenburg Girls’ High School is looking to replace an experienced Life Sciences teacher (Grade 8-12) in a WCED contract post while the permanent post is advertised through e-Recruit. The following full time educator post is available for Term 2 of 2024 (possible extension to Term 3).
Only short-listed candidates will be contacted and invited to an interview and will be taken on a tour of the school and expected to teach a lesson. We reserve the right not to fill the posts.

Minimum Requirements
Knowledge and experience in teaching the CAPs curriculum in the FET phase is essential (minimum five years preferred).
Experience of teaching at Grade 12 level would be an advantage.
Must be computer literate and competent in the use of technology for teaching and learning.
Must be proficient in Engish as the language of teaching and learning.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successfull applicant will teach Natural and Life Sciences in Grades 8-12 as per the assigned timetable.
The successful applicant will be expected to play a full role in the extra-mural life of the school, including as a Tutor in the Vertical Tutor System.
