Tool Service Center -Team Leader at Hilti Group

What's the role?

You will be the operational leader in managing our Tool Service Center (TSC) in South Africa to deliver best in class After Market Services (AMS) for our tools, with efficient operations. You will actively manage the TSC processes and provide sales & customer communication of our tool service differentiation.

You will be reporting to the Tool Service Center Manager, South Africa and will have a shared dedication to high performance and consistent results. The role is based at our Johannesburg head-office (Midrand) however applications are open to all candidates nationwide that are willing/able to relocate.

What you need is:

• A completed Bachelors Degree or post-graduate diploma (Engineering ,Technology , Supply Chain or Business are the preferred disciplines )
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Operations, Supply Chain or Project Management, with experience working on the shop floor
• Knowledge of LEAN processes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with business orientation and customer centricity
• Proven leadership skills having managed a team of technicians , with the ability to motivate team members
• A high level of spoken and written communication, with effective presentation skills
