We are seeking a well-rounded and seasoned Product Training Manager with SaaS technology experience to manage the Product Training function by building, coordinating, improving, and facilitating comprehensive training for Kurtosys clients, third parties and staff internally.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Owning and managing the product training function at Kurtosys.
Building training programs for customers and internal terms
Commercialising our training programs
Managing and building an internal training team.
Manage the training roadmap, budget, and programs.
Building out a “train the trainer” methodology within the Kurtosys teams.
Designing and delivering training courses, material, and workshops to suit our internationally based enterprise level client needs.
Identifying customer training needs by working closely with our Product, Customer Success, Support and Professional Services teams to understand training needs.
Provide timely, hands on online training with both EU and US Based clientele, upholding the Kurtosys brand and providing excellent client service.
Working with the internal product trainer to build upon and enhance existing companywide in-house product training.
Provide training to third parties as required.
Collaborating with Kurtosys subject matter experts to develop training material suited to specific client needs, enabling our clients to make optimal use of our platform.
Stay up to date with product enhancements, new features and functionality, and develop associated product training material and sessions, to ensure a high rate of client adoption.
Manage timelines, schedules, and supplies to ensure completion of training plans.
Maintain and improve upon the existing knowledge base and training collateral.
Provide continuous improvement of the training plan.
Research, identify and implement relevant and necessary tools (e.g. learning management system, client help site)
Keep up to date with methods, tools and techniques to provide effective learning and training delivery methods
NON-NEGOTIABLES:
5+ years training experience, including developing course material and facilitating training
Experience working with SaaS platforms and APIs
Experience managing a product training function, including team leadership
Experience working independently driving the training function from end to end
Experience providing enterprise level client training via digital platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills and advanced MS Office experience
Experience writing and collating technical documents
Experience setting up and managing Learning Management Systems
Extensive experience collaborating with internal stakeholders at all business levels
Experience developing and actioning end to end training plans and material
Tech savvy
Experience in the Financial Services sector is a plus
Ability to be self-motivated, highly organized and results oriented
Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people
QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrable experience related to the specific role and sector
