Minimum Requirements

• Completed legal or finance related degree
• 3 or more years’ experience within a professional services environment
• 2 or more years professional client liaison experience
• Strong MS Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Duties And Responsibilities

• Project management and administration ITO mergers and acquisitions of SME entities
• Liaise with clients and manage all correspondence
• Meeting arrangements and attendance thereof (along with the Leader)
• Review commercial agreements
