• A Transaction Specialists/ Analysist; Trade Finance Transaction Specialist/ Analysist :To assist the Trade Finance Transaction Manager with the operational execution and management (MIS, facility and collateral) of TPS group originated Trade Finance deals, through effective planning and organizing of day to day workflow and risk mitigation.

Source, analyse and prepare reports Outputs and measures

• MIS analysist to monitor trends and analysis;
• Escalate to management on income that is falling and past due ;
• Ensure all revenue and premiums is recovered before file is closed;
• Ensure penalties for partial and late payments under Trade Finance Products are loaded in the source system;
• Daily reconciliation of Cash Cover, collateral, Call and Margin accounts; Output group 2* Reduce and report Operational Risk Outputs and measures *
• Ensure receipt of copies of all Legal Agreements as well as CP documents;
• Strict monitoring and actioning of all internal controls;
• Ensuring compliance and sanctions are adhered to on each transaction structure;
• Compliance report to be completed monthly
• Ensure satisfactory audit.
• Being able to identify and report fraudulent transactions
• Ensure that all aspects of risk are covered; 2 Output group 3 Operationalise and drawdown of transactions Outputs and measures
• Successful planning and organising of workflow to mitigate operational losses and provide quick turnaround times;
• Obtain approval on initial and Subsequent Facility Drawdown processes;
• Ensure deals have been approved by the deal committee before requesting authorisation from management;
• Escrow services - review submissions, match agreement to joint instruction, send for approval so that funds can be disbursement;
• Ensure that the deals are executed in line with the deal specific approval and conditions precedent and sent for validation to management Output group 4 Stakeholder relationship management Outputs and measures
• Resolution of deal specific queries, including queries from internal and external stakeholders;
• Deliver in terms of agreed SLA(S) across the Group;
• Manage the operational relationship with the client and in need escalate to management for assitance;

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualification -

• B Comm or equivalent tertiary level education.
