Track shipments (with transporters) to ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers regarding delivery schedules.
Serve as the primary point of contact for transportation-related inquiries
Identify and address potential delays or issues in the transportation process.
Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve logistical challenges.
Generate reports on transportation metrics and performance.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and carriers.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, Transport Management or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain/ Planning, or transportation coordination.
Your exceptional communication and strong negotiation skills.
Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and GPS tracking tools and your Computer literate, Excel (advanced), SAP R3, OPSI, MS Office will set you apart.
