Description

• Manage service providers - clearing and forwarding agents.
• Manage service providers SLA and KPIs'.
• Ensure import shipment lead times are communicated.
• Ensure import shipments are captured by shipping team before arrival at PDC.
• Perform random checks on import shipments on customs duty load.
• Ensure export orders are shipped with correct documentation on a daily basis.
• Update and communicate lead time reports on export and import shipment.
• Attend to customer queries within 24 hours.
• Ensure the shipping team responds and/or resolve customer queries within 24 hours.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• Knowledge of SAP (ESA).
• Product knowledge of MAN and Volkswagen Trucks and Buses genuine parts.
• Work accurately under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
• Must be results and process orientated, be proactive and team orientated.
• Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
• Project Management Skills.
• Good report writing skills.
• Flexible, active and forward thinking.
• Analytical and strategic skills to identify problems thereafter solve them.
• Leadership and organisational skills.

Experience:

• Supervisory experience in an automotive parts business with warehouse related processes - 2 years.
