We are recruiting for a Truck Operator to load holes with explosive products utilising a mixer-placer truck, according to BME standards. Responsible for truck inspection and maintenance.Qualifications
Qualifications:
Grade 12 with Maths
Must be in possession of a valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP) and Dangerous Goods and Passengers permit (DGP)
Must be in possession of a valid EC Drivers License.
Experience
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in driving heavy duty vehicles (EC 1)
3 years Truck Driving experience (preferably in mining a environment)
1 year Explosives Truck Operator experience would be desirable
Mechanical knowledge would be an advantage
Duties
Truck inspection, repairs and maintenance.
Truck driving, safely and responsibly in all weather and road conditions.
