UI/UX Designer (Hybrid) at Sybrin Limited

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and gather requirements
• Design and develop user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts and make informed design decisions
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products
• Implement designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and tools in UX design and development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field and/or any other specialist diploma or certificate relating to UI/UX Design.
• Min 3 years of professional experience in UX design and development
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design and development skills and experience
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Adobe CS preferred.
• Expertise in documentation tools such as Zero Heights, Gitbook, etc. Gitbook preferred
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field and/or any other specialist diploma’s or certificates relating to UI/UX Design.
