• A vacancy exists for a Unit Manager based at Life The Crompton Hospital reporting to Viloshnee Ponnan, Nursing Manager.
• The successful candidate will manage and co-ordinate evidence based clinical practices and resources efficiently by engaging and empowering staff within the unit to achieve the Company’s strategic objectives of Growth, Efficiency, Quality and Sustainability.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in nursing
• Current registration with SANC
• Relevant experience in nursing to meet the critical outputs
• Proven leadership and people management skill would be an advantage
• Basic understanding of labour legislation, financial and chain management principles
• Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage
• Computer proficiency
• Driver’s license and ability to travel
