User Experience Specialist

As a User Experience Specialist, you'll be joining a fully autonomous and cross-functional design team that focuses on creating simple solutions that solve real customers' needs. You'll manage a portfolio of features, lead user research and testing and engage with various business units to better understand and solve complex business problems. The design team operates in a rapid, collaborative, agile and outcomes-driven environment. We’re looking for an independent thinker and problem solver interested in solving real problems for real users, from concept to launch and beyond. A demonstrable passion for data-driven and insights led thinking is a must.

Experience required for this role:

• Experience and proven success in user-centered design and UX tools
• Prior experience as a UX lead working on digital consumer-facing applications
• Proven track record of successfully launching new mobile product features

Qualifications required

• Masters Degree or additional qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology
