Key requirement
- Knowledge of prepaid meters
- Experience as a Utility Admin
- Experience in Property
- Relevant qualifications
Key responsibility
- Coordinate the actual readings of utility accounts for all buildings which includes electricity, water, sewer, rates and refuse
- Municipal and tenant meter billing-tariff analysis on all utility accounts
- Prepare documentation for account arrangements where necessary
- Logging of municipal utility faults (water and electricity outages)
- Following up on faults logged
- Address tenants regarding utilities outages
- Registering new prepaid meters with ideal Prepaid(sub-metering solution-provider and installer)
- Issuing out new prepaid meters upon meters
- Stock taking and keeping track of prepaid meters in stock
- Request prepaid meters from management as soon as stock is low
