UX Manager at Salt South Africa

• You’ll sit at the heart of a Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence, shaping how insight turns into impact.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning and driving UX strategy across data and analytics products
• Building and scaling design operations that actually work at enterprise level
• Ensuring data products are intuitive, usable, and widely adopted
• Leading and mentoring high-performing UX teams
• Influencing senior stakeholders and setting a clear UX vision
• Raising the bar for human-centred design across complex use cases

What we’re looking for

• A UX leader, with 8-10 years experience, not just a hands-on designer
• Experience designing for data-heavy, analytics-driven platforms
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to zoom into detail when needed
• Confidence working with senior leaders, engineers, and data teams
• Someone who cares deeply about real-world usage and impact, not just aesthetics
