Assist with the execution of validation related requirements such as but not limited to qualification activities and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety rules established by outside agencies, laws and within company.
Responsibilities:
Assist with execution of Validation activities
Completion of system impact, component impact & Validation risk assessments
Completion of design reviews, installation, operational & performance qualifications
Completion of commissioning & decommissioning protocols
Assist with the execution of cleaning validation protocols
Assist with the execution of process validation protocols
Assist with the development of user requirement specifications
Assist with development of manufacturing procedures
Assist with annual allergen cleaning verification
On an ad hoc basis assist production with investigations and corrective action close-out
Assist with root-cause-analysis.
Requirements
Post-Basic Pharmacist Assistant (Industry) or a B.Tech or B.Sc. in Analytical or Organic chemistry or Engineering
Minimum of 2 years Validation experience
Knowledge of processes, policy and procedures & systems
Industry, equipment & technical knowledge
Working knowledge of cGMP & GEP
Excellent time management & problem-solving skills
