Visual Inspector - Western Cape at Nurture Brands

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate tumblers and reset HMI to resume cycles.
• Respond to alarms and escalate issues as needed.
• Handle product removal, washing, and labeling.
• Verify product identification and batch numbers.
• Perform pre-start-up checks and load product into the Visual Inspection System.
• Continuously inspect and pack products according to SOP.
• Record data and handle rejected products per SOP.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure equipment cleanliness and safety.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Basic computer literacy.
• 1-year experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical environment.

 Desired:

• Previous sorting experience.
• Knowledge of GMP & HACCP.
• Familiarity with production documentation and processes.
• Basic health and safety knowledge.
