Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Storytelling: Develop and execute eye-catching visual displays that align with MARKHAM's brand identity and current fashion trends.
• Store Presentation: Ensure all stores maintain high visual merchandising standards, enhancing customer experience and driving sales.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to implement seasonal campaigns and promotional displays.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the latest fashion trends and consumer behavior to inform visual merchandising strategies.
• Training & Development: Mentor store teams on visual merchandising best practices, ensuring consistency across all locations.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize in-store displays and drive performance.

Requirements:

• Matric 
• 2+ years in visual merchandising, preferably within the fashion retail sector.
• Strong eye for design and the ability to translate fashion trends into impactful visual displays.
• Excellent ability to collaborate with various teams and clearly articulate visual concepts.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to respond to changing trends and business needs.
