• Help Infinite Family by editing, enhancing and compiling existing raw video footage into a final deliverable optimized for email, the web or social media.

Our Mission

• inite Family motivates black South African teens via video mentoring to transform their lives by creating opportunities through choices, actions and hard work during secondary school. With comprehensive training and real-time support, our volunteer mentors, living in South Africa and 17 other countries develop their mentees' strengths in: education, career preparation, technology literacy, life skills and communication. By helping them learn to manage the toxic stress of growing up surrounded by extreme violence and poverty, Video Mentors help their mentees build resilience, resourcefulness and responsibility as they work toward economic stability and self-reliance.

• We started video mentoring in Africa when Internet penetration was less than 5% (even before Skype) and have managed more than 39,000 video conversations so far. Working in Lockdown hasn't phased our team - we've worked like this for 14 years.

What You'll Work On

• An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage

Additional Details
This project entails creating 4 x 3-5 min videos by combining and editing approximately 25 minutes of interviews. There are 2 interviewees. We require 2 videos of each interviewee:

• 1 video covers their career: what jobs they have, what is rewarding about them, what was the career path to get to those jobs, what is important to be successful in those jobs.
• 1 video covers: Life success: An overview and lessons learned in their life journey, advice they received that was particularly helpful,
