Warehouse Operations Supervisor at Woodlands Dairy

Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing all finished goods warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, accurate inventory control, and timely dispatch. The role focuses on driving team performance, maintaining high operational standards, and supporting continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Key Performance Areas:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch)
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
• Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and audits
• Lead, coach, and manage warehouse staff performance
• Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards (including FIFO)
• Drive process improvements and monitor key KPIs
• Utilise WMS/ERP systems for reporting and operational control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

Skills and Knowledge:

• Tertiary qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations or related field
• 3–5 years warehouse experience (FMCG preferred) with 1–2 years supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Proficiency in WMS/ERP (Dynamics BC preferred) and advanced Excel
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and health & safety
• Proven track record in inventory control and operational efficiency
