Water Treatment Technician at Solenis

Responsibilities:

• Receive chemical deliveries from Diversey
• Drive a forklift (only if you have been trained)
• Offloading of chemicals from truck
• Submit relevant paperwork after deliveries to Technicians
• Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to daytanks, if necessary. Use barricades and signage
• Check and record all stock levels
• Complete a daily usage report
• Compile Action Log for each report
• Submit the daily pasteurizer report to Account Manager/Technician before shift end
• Complete a daily service report for boilers,cooling systems , pasteurizers and chlorine dioxide
• Check for slime and beer foam in the pasteurizer.
• Collect samples from boilers , cooling systems , pasteurizers and chlorine dioxide systems for testing purposes .
• Check for leaks in equipment, pumps, tanks, around chemical stations
• Check if the are enough testing reagents onsite .
• Capture data/ concerns from operators Ensure good housekeeping around the bulk storage areas & chemical stations
