    What does the programme offer:

    • Permanent employment

    Job description:

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Fiduciary Advisor and other staff members, as appointed by the Fiduciary Advisor in the administration of deceased estates.  Interacting with clients by managing relationships and providing client service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Gather deceased client information via telephone and/or emails from family members.
    • Consultations with the family members of the deceased to gather information.
    • Compile a summary of information.
    • Preparation of information to be submitted to the Master of the High court.
    • Travelling to the Master of the High Court and/or Magistrate courts.
    • Handle and solve enquiries at the Master’s Office.
    • Preparing monthly update reports for clients.
    • Data capturing on Legal Ease.
    • Bank Reconciliation of deceased estates.
    • Research product information.
    • Handle and solve general client enquiries.
    • Maintain office filing system of deceased estate files (hard copies) and on the internal office server.
    • Telephone calls to clients and or other institutions.

    Minimum requirements:

    • BCom (Finance / Business Finance / Investments / Financial Planning Law / Financial Sciences or Investment Management or BCom (Economics)/ LLB
    • 0-2 Years experience in the financial services industry within Trust/Estate Services
    • Strong technical, administrative and accounting skills
    • Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages’
