    Website Administrator

    About the Role:

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented Website Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our websites. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of WordPress and familiarity with page builders like Elementor, Divi, and Breakdance. You should also be comfortable with debugging website issues, generating reports, and ensuring seamless site performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day website administration tasks, including updates, backups, and monitoring.
    • Perform basic content updates and modifications using WordPress and page builders like Elementor, Divi, and Breakdance.
    • Debug and troubleshoot website issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolutions.
    • Generate and analyse website performance reports, including traffic, user behaviour, and error logs.
    • Ensure all plugins, themes, and WordPress installations are up-to-date and secure.
    • Collaborate with developers and designers to implement minor fixes and improvements.
    • Monitor website performance, uptime, and security, addressing any issues proactively.

    Requirements:

    • Basic knowledge of WordPress and familiarity with builders like Elementor, Divi, and Breakdance.
    • Ability to debug website issues and analyze technical reports.
    • Understanding of basic website maintenance tasks, such as backups and updates.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.

    Nice-to-Have:

    • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Familiarity with website performance tools like Google Analytics, GTmetrix, or PageSpeed Insights.
    • Knowledge of website security best practices.
    • Experience working with content management systems and hosting environments.
