    Workshop Foreman

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Check the quality of work done
    • Check the quality of completed work
    • Oversee admin duties
    • Service delivery to Customers
    • Ensure client satisfaction
    • Oversee workmanship of artisans / technicians
    • Handling of warranty claims
    • Allocating daily duties to artisans / technicians

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Qualified Diesel Mechanic (Red Seal)
    • Experience as a Workshop Foreman
    • Knowledge of New Holland tractors (advantageous)
    • Production orientated
    • Valid driver's license
    • Ability to comply with deadlines
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Maintain good relationships with assessors and clients
