ETC services a number of important markets:
Employers in organized commerce and industry who identify the need to train their personnel to skill levels which will give their organizations a competitive advantage, and National, provincial and local government, and Skills training needs within communities.
Training courses are presented at the ETC's campus in Port Elizabeth or wherever suitable facilities may exist in the Eastern Cape and further afield, including other Southern African countries. The ETC also utilizes mobile training units to reach rural communities in the Eastern Cape.
