Young adults will be identified, trained, financed, placed and supported as owner/operator SMME Business owners within the automotive second gross sector of the economy.

Each Business unit will be financed by an external investor with repayment of the loan controlled by the Head Company. The SolaSafe Business agreement between the SMME owner and SolaSafe will entail the Head company (Solasafe) will control or assist with Productivity, Admin and accounts Management on behalf of each Business Unit.
Each SMME Owner will be placed in strategic positions around the country where work will be distributed to them.

Solasafe will provide Labour and services in specific areas to the dealership, major clients and the end users. The initial service will be the application of “anti-smash and grab” film, but will expand to other services like tracking installations and paint protection polishes in the future.
