Our Approach
Now more than ever, the strategies we put in place for our people do not yield the desired results. Today’s organizations are faced with complexity, ambiguity, exponential growth and change. This is evident in the reoccurring challenges to meet performance goals while keeping up with the changing needs of the workforce.
Our human performance improvement model (RAS Model) helps us design bespoke end- to end solutions with a holistic view of the organizations we serve. We employ both narrative and analytical methods to dive deeper into complex problems; we look at the context of the organization; it's people, the critical work that needs to happen, as well as the tasks that make up the desired goals of the organization.
While most would look at organizations as machines, mechanistic, predictable and therefore perform precisely as they were programmed, Twice Blue sees the world and organizations as complex adaptive systems, a theory based on the Natural Sciences theory of complexity. We understand that people behave and interact in all sorts of different ways which tends to give us unpredictable results. It is in these unique interactions that innovations, creativity, culture and performance emerge.
