    Instructional Designer

    Job description

    Requirements (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):

    • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (essential).
    • Tertiary qualification in the behavioural sciences field/ETDP (preferred).
    • At least five years instructional design experience. Understanding of the NQF, QCTO, SAQA and ETQA regulations .
    • Experience in rapid learning tools.
    • A high level of DTP skills.
    • Experience in Adobe Photoshop or other image editing/creation tools.
    • Understanding of Camtasia, Powtoon or other video authoring tools advantageous. Experience in HTML, CSS and Javascript advantageous
