    System Administrator

    Job Summary

    • This role involves supporting, maintaining, and improving EUM’s systems by providing technical assistance, performing data checks, resolving errors, and assisting users and clients to ensure smooth and reliable system operations.
    • It also includes managing the end-to-end month-end process, such as data submission to insurers and preparing data for invoicing to Finance, as well as resolving any queries related to insurer data submissions.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Provide technical support and training to staff and customers
    • Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute system improvements
    • Data comparisons, investigating and resolving error reports
    • User and system setup
    • Liaison with clients on system queries
    • Exporting and sending data to relevant parties
    • Month End process
    • Insurer data submission
    • Data submission to finance for invoicing

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • NQF5 (advantageous)
    • Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) (advantageous)
    • Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
    • Strong technical knowledge of system administration
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis
    • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Floor Advisor

    Job Summary

    • This role involves providing expert advice and support to customers on the sales floor, with a strong focus on input products. The Floor Advisor is responsible for stock management, merchandising, and ensuring excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Ordering, merchandising, and selling of stock
    • Monthly control checks on stock (stock counting)
    • Assisting clients in store
    • Sorting and storage of goods
    • Be willing to work overtime when required
    • Adhere to Health & Safety requirements

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • A related qualification (advantageous)
    • Product knowledge of input products & Veterinary Medicine
    • General farming knowledge
    • Good marketing skills
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Computer literate
    • Valid Driver’s License (Code 08)
    • Willing to travel
