    Graduate Retail Analyst (JHB North)

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Support Senior Retail Analysts: Assist senior analysts with assigned tasks, learning the ropes of retail research and analysis.
    • Independent Analysis: Develop and deliver your own reports and complete tasks independently, meeting deadlines and achieving expected quality standards with guidance from senior staff.
    • Collaboration and Relationship Building: Actively collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to maintain strong, positive working relationships.
    • Innovation and Learning: Contribute to the team's focus on delivering future-proof retail insights by staying updated on best practices and embracing new research methodologies.

    Requirements
    Your skills and qualifications include

    • A degree in Economics, Business Science, Market Research or equivalent with a strong research focus. Any industry related working experience in FMCG, Customer Insights, Market Research, Data Management and Processing or Insights and Analytics would be an advantage but is not a necessary requirement.
    • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
    • A flair for writing and storytelling
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.

    Graduate : Marketing and Design Assistant (JHB North)

    Requirements
    Your skills and qualifications include

    • A tertiary qualification in Marketing and a flair for design. Any industry related working experience in FMCG, Customer Insights, Market Research, Data Management and Processing or Insights and Analytics would be an advantage but is not a necessary requirement.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, Team).
    • Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.
    • Flexible and agile with the ability to work on multiple concurrent projects.
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and execute tasks to meet deadlines as specified.
    • Proactive and confident with the ability to communicate progress, developments and difficulties encountered on an ongoing basis.

    Systems Network Administrator (JHB North)

    Description
    Responsibilities include 

    • Delivers high-quality service to both internal & external clients
    • Stay abreast of technological developments 
    • Monitors and reports on services provided including 
    • Take corrective action where necessary
    • Ensures customer satisfaction levels are met
    • Provide on-site customer support
    • Ensure that LAN connectivity is installed and working correctly at all times
    • Ensure that all LAN switches and cable fly leads are connected as per spec and operate properly the first time
    • Ensure that all floor network termination points and Network cabinets are kept in a strict neat orderly fashion
    • Ensure that all cables are labelled correctly at both ends
    • Install and maintain all ICT hardware and Software
    • Maintain All hardware and software Assets on RAR
    • Maintains and supports the network (LAN) and desktop connectivity
    • Install all Microsoft Windows packages on desktops
    • Install and update Anti-Virus software on all desktops
    • Setup e-mail and support as per client request
    • Setup internet access as per Manager's request for internal staff
    • Install and maintain Microsoft services
    • Assist in maintenance setup of Audio / Visual equipment 
    • Ensure that the PABX is operational at all times
    • Transfer extensions as per request
    • Maintain the running stock of spare phones
    • Maintenance of the telephone directory
    • Maintain the VC infrastructure
    • Assist in VC setup and usage
    • Provides telephone point and sets up new extensions
    • Provides reports from telephone management systems
    • Set up of access cards for new employees
    • Management reports of access control as per request

    Requirements

    • Your skills and experience include
    • Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent Degree and required Certification
    • 3-5 + years of related experience within Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory and Linux environment  

    Knowledge

    • MCSE qualification or equivalent
    • Understanding of the systems architecture and the Argility standards
    • Knowledge of system/industry best practice
    • Understanding of the client’s core business culture and needs
    • Knowledge of software development methodologies
    • Understanding of Quality Management
    • Understanding of Argility admin requirements and system solutions

    • Windows Web Server Knowledge 
    • MS SQL 2005 and later
    • Web services
    • JMX
    • Basic Java knowledge
