Job Summary:

The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the production process to ensure efficiency and productivity. The Production Supervisor will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe working environment and meet production targets.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the daily mining operations to ensure production goals are met
• Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
• Inspect equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and address any maintenance issues
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
• Train and mentor production team members to ensure optimal performance

• 2 different types of Opencast Machine Licenses

• 2 years of experience as a Digger, Dragline Operator, or Blaster, or completed Graduate Development Programme
