    Production Supervisor - Mining Industry

    Job Summary:

    • Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join their mining operation in Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the production process to ensure efficiency and productivity. The Production Supervisor will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe working environment and meet production targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and supervise the daily mining operations to ensure production goals are met
    • Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
    • Inspect equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and address any maintenance issues
    • Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
    • Train and mentor production team members to ensure optimal performance
    • Prepare and maintain production reports and records for management review
