    Editor/Publisher II

    About the Role

    • As an Editor you will primarily write headnotes for UK Law Report titles. You will be ensuring their accuracy, quality and timeliness, whilst collaborating and coordinating with other team members to meet publishing schedules.

    Responsibilities

    • Writing accurate headnotes for publication across the UK Law Reports portfolio, to requisite quality, house style, within agreed target
    • Proofreading judgments to ensure accuracy and compliance with house style
    • Flagging concerns around anonymization, reporting restrictions and any other matter that may impact the reportability of a judgment
    • Working collaboratively with the UK Editorial team to meet scheduling needs. Continue to meet editorial, stylistic and functional standards required by customers. Edit and style material in the relevant format, using templates where relevant.
    • Attending training sessions as required, taking onboard feedback for improvement and performing other duties as reasonably requested
    • Flagging risks to publishing schedules and respond effectively in a timely, professional manner, to queries from the UK Editorial team
    • Assisting in project work as appropriate to support new business initiatives, mentoring and supervision of less experienced staff where required

    Requirements

    • Solid experience in editorial/legal publishing or case summarization and showing interest in the law
    • Excellent verbal, editing skills and written English, the ability to understand, navigate and present complex legal materials
    • Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and professionalism
    • Ability to manage own workload to meet targets
    • Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), SharePoint and an interest in learning new systems/technologies such as AI.
    • Able to adapt to working practices in response to changing business demands

    About Role:   

    • This position performs complex research, design, and software development assignments within a software functional area or product line, and provides direct input to project plans, schedules, and methodology in the development of cross-functional software products. This position performs software design — typically across multiple systems; mentors more-junior members of the team; and talks to users/customers and translates their requests into solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.

    Program Manager, Operations Strategic Initiatives

    Overview

    • The Program Manager, Operations Strategic Initiatives, reports to Global Operations Strategy & Program Management (SPMO). This role leads execution of high-priority strategic initiatives across Global Operations, particularly where cross-functional coordination, enterprise visibility, and execution complexity require dedicated program leadership. This role requires a highly credible, relationship-oriented leader who builds trust quickly, brings others along, and drives accountability through influence rather than authority.
    • Operating in a global, matrixed environment, this role partners with senior leaders across functional areas (e.g., Editorial/Content Operations, Customer Operations, Shared Services) to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives. The role is accountable for end-to-end delivery, including stakeholder alignment, execution planning, risk management, and benefits realization. Work may include implementation of operational transformation, technology-enabled change (including AI), or other types of initiatives. This role frequently operates at the intersection of Operations, Product, and Technology, ensuring alignment, clarity, and coordinated execution without owning detailed solution design or requirements. Assignments will evolve based on business priorities and may span multiple domains.
    • The role also contributes to strengthening execution discipline across Global Operations by applying consistent project/program management practices and sharing practical insights from experience, and will contribute to the evolution of the Project/Program Management function within Global Operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Initiative Leadership & Delivery

    • Lead end-to-end execution of complex, high-visibility initiatives (Tier-1 and select Tier-2), with accountability across scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
    • Translate strategic priorities into structured, multi-quarter initiatives with clear scope, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
    • Drive execution across cross-functional teams and stakeholders including Operations, Product, and Technology, building strong working relationships that enable alignment and coordinated delivery.

    About the Role

    • As a Data Engineer, you will undertake difficult research, design, and software development assignments within the French team. You will provide direct input to project plans, schedules, and methodology in the setup, the development, and the tuning of a legal AI agentic platform.     • Have solid experience with various resource models such as Managed Services and/or Staff Augmentation.
    • Be proficient with reactive programming in Python, Machine Learning libraries and LLM clients libraries as LangChain, LiteLLM, MS Autogen or Google ADK, MCP and Agent2Agent protocols.
    • Have some experience with Lucene based search engines like Apache Solr or Elasticsearch.
    • Have expertise in development languages and technical stack including but not limited to: AWS Cloud (services: Lambda, S3, RDS, Redshift, event Brigdge, SES, or SNS…), NoSQL databases (Cassandra, Redis, MongoDB….), deployment infrastructures (Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Jenkins, CI/CD …) and Python 3.x,
