About the Role

We are recruiting for a dynamic Electrician to join our production team. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements and be able to fill the subsequent responsibilities:

Skills and requirements:

• Minimum qualification: N3 + Electrician trade test
• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with panel building, machine wiring, wiring and set-up of VSD’s.
• Must be a team player as well as have the ability to work independently.
• Must be willing to work overtime and travel nationally as well as internationally as required.
• Valid driver’s license – Code B

Key Responsibilities:

• Builds electrical panels according to specifications.
• Performs electrical fault finding on electrical systems of machines consisting of power supplies, VSD’s, PLCs, Servos, Solenoids, relays, breakers etc.
• Wiring of all equipment in production.
• Wiring and set-up of VSD’s.
• Responsible for quality inspections on electrical systems of manufactured machines.
• Electrical maintenance on buildings and equipment.

We have an opportunity for a dynamic Mechanical Design Engineer to join our professional team.

Requirements and skills:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering as minimum requirement.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in machine design and manufacturing.
• Minimum of 2 years’ CAD experience.
• Must be computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel, 2D CAD
• Must be competent in 3D CAD machine design
• Must have the ability to work independently as well as function within a team.
• Must be able to travel both nationally and internationally.
• A positive attitude, self-motivated and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produces efficient designs within the framework of simplicity, feasibility, cost efficiency and accuracy.
• Compiles assemblies and detailed manufacturing drawings in accordance with acknowledged manufacturing standards.
• Compiles part specifications, BOM’s, production orders and manuals.
• Implement engineering change proposals (ECP’s) on designs.
• Issues revisions and updates the manufacturing drawings, material lists and machine manuals.
• Lay-out drawing of customer manufacturing area.
• Drafting of P&ID.
• Provides technical support during manufacturing processes and for technicians on-site.
