    Digital Marketing Performance Specialist

    What You’ll Do:

    • Strategise and Execute Campaigns: Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
    • Drive Results: Use data and insights to continuously optimise campaign performance, enhancing ROI and meeting KPIs.
    • Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with the digital team to align campaigns with business objectives, work with senior digital marketing specialists, and foster knowledge-sharing.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Produce detailed campaign performance reports, turning analytics into actionable recommendations.

    What You'll Do

    As a Process & Automation Specialist, you’ll:

    • Drive transformation within our Digital Roadmap by digitising and scaling operations.
    • Identify improvements: Analyse processes, recommend scalable automation aligned with long‑term strategy.
    • Optimize operations: Boost lead handling, query resolution, contact centre efficiency, and customer experience.
    • Lead tech evaluation: Collaborate with IT, Data, Softsure, and business units on vendor selection and tech integration.

    Actuarial Business Analyst – Data Science and Machine Learning Lead

    What You’ll Need to Bring

    Essential:

    • Degree or Honours in Actuarial Science.
    • 7+ years’ experience in insurance or financial services (short-term insurance? Even better).
    • Proven track record in building statistical/machine learning models.
    • Skill in turning model outputs into business gold.
    • Leadership experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Actuarial teams.
    • Experience with claims modelling & survival analysis in insurance.
    • BI tool mastery (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, etc.).
    • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

    Preferred:

    • Hands-on skills in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms like Snowflake.
    • Experience shaping both technical and business requirements.
    • Strong grasp of data-driven decision frameworks.

    Data Scientist (George, Western Cape)

    What you’ll own:

    • Prepping, cleaning & shaping raw data into machine-learning gold
    • Finding hidden patterns no one else sees
    • Building, validating & deploying ML models into production
    • Keeping an eagle eye on model performance (and spotting drift before it drifts too far)
    • Retraining and upgrading models so they stay sharp
    • Designing intuitive dashboards & tools that make complex results look effortless

    Requirements

    You’ll thrive here if you:

    • Have a Degree or Honours in Data Science or Actuarial Science
    • Have 3+ years in insurance or financial services (short-term insurance = bonus points)
    • Have 3+ years taking ML projects from raw data to deployment
    • Can wrangle Python or R, SQL or Snowflake like a pro
    • Have hands-on claims modelling, survival analysis & statistical modelling chops
    • Understand time series forecasting like the back of your hand
    • Are curious, independent, and allergic to “good enough”

    Extra street cred for:

    • Experience with ML platforms
    • Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau wizardry
