    Senior Workshop Assistant

    What You'll Have Done Before

    • NQF Level (Grade 12/Matric/Diesel Mechanic Trade)
    • Valid Code EC Drivers License (with PDRP)
    • 3 years general work experience in a workshop

    What You'll Be Doing

    Fleet Maintenance

    • Ensure that the relevant administration is completed, and records are documented
    • Ensure that the workshop procedures are being followed
    • Maintain and adhere to workshop housekeeping, cleanliness and inspections
    • Report all faulty equipment on M.I.T

    Customer & Contractor Interface

    • Interact with customers and service providers 
    • Work with contractor to ensure deliverables are met
    • Provide internal support to the contractor

    HSEQ Compliance

    • Comply to HSEQ policies and regulations in terms of PPE,and STOP Compliance
    • Ensure strict compliance to Engen's Health safety and environmental policies

    TD Master Data Coordinator

    What you’ll have done before:

    Baseline:

    • NQF Level 6 - Diploma in Finance or Administration.
    • 3 Years’ Trans-shipping Creditors Controller/ Master Data experience.
    • SAP experience (TD modules).

    Advantageous:

    • NQF level 6 - Diploma in Supply Chain.
    • Experience in Supply Chain/ Ops environment.

    Exciting Challenges you might face in the role:

    • Collaborate with various stakeholders [internal and external] to ensure that accurate data is timeously recorded.
    • Deliver excellence, amidst tight deadlines.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Accurately creating or updating routes, rates, vehicles and linking to the correct transport zone thereby enabling the supply chain process around transportation and delivery to customers
    • Create and issue suppliers with monthly purchase orders enabling payment of transport vendors.
    • Run exception reports on routes and rates and ensure that these are within tolerance levels and that corrective steps are taken with respect to error logs to reduce number of shipments in error.
    • Ensure that all queries are logged in SNOW and are resolved within set SLA's.
