    Data & AI Solutions Lead in Quality & Regulatory (m/f/d)

    The Opportunity

    • As the Data & AI Solutions Lead in Quality & Regulatory, you will be a key leader in the Global Quality & Regulatory (Q&R) Compliance Leadership Team, driving the chapter's readiness for a digital future. You'll be instrumental in shaping the strategic roadmap for AI readiness, digitalization, and data insights, while also providing the hands-on expertise to make that vision a reality. You thrive to build a culture of innovation, and ensure the Chapter is at the forefront of technological advancements. You will act as a catalyst for change, leveraging your expertise to create business cases and define use cases that reduce effort for repeating tasks and define new ways of working through digital tools. Working closely with the Training and Audit Chapters, as well as other Network Leads, you will drive the upskilling of our department to ensure we are equipped for the future of the department.
    • Lead the Digital Transformation: You will develop and implement the future-oriented strategy and roadmap for the Q&R Compliance organization, focusing on AI readiness, data insights, and digitalization.
    • Drive Innovation: You will define and champion business cases and use cases for digital tools and AI to change the way we work, optimize processes, increase efficiency, and reduce manual efforts.

    Ensure Content and AI readiness: You will drive the

    • development and maintenance of AI-powered solutions (e.g. agents) as well as standardized technical content that is both human- and machine-readable, ensuring consistency across various digital channels. 
    • continuous optimization of content creation and knowledge management tools in collaboration with content creators and other stakeholders to meet the needs of more than 40.000 employees in Roche Diagnostics.
    • Upskill the Team: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and develop training initiatives that prepare the Q&R Compliance organization for a digital future.
    • Strategic Collaboration: As a member of the Q&R Compliance Leadership Team you will partner with the Audit and Training Chapters as well as with other stakeholders within Roche Diagnostics, Group IT and People & Culture to ensure a cohesive, integrated approach and facilitate successful implementation of the business and use cases.

    Who You Are

    • You are a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of industry experience. Experience in a regulated industry environment would be a plus.

    • You are equipped with a minimum of 4 years of experience leading teams as people or matrix leader. This has provided you with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to make a big impact and deliver their best every day.

    • Proven track record of implementing operational excellence frameworks in highly matrixed organizations.
    • Strong experience with Lean, Agile and other continuous improvement methodologies.

    • As our Inventory Analyst, you will play a key role in balancing supply and demand to maximize operational efficiency and profitability. Leveraging inventory data, you will forecast future needs, collaborate across supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams, and provide actionable insights to streamline operations.
