Description

• Purpose is to manage the Deep Clean Hygiene Team to ensure that Ecowize delivers a food safe facility to the customer according to policies and procedures.
• The Deep Clean Manager is the first line of contact to the customer during nightshifts and must ensure customer centricity through regular, meaningful interactions with all key site stakeholder at all levels.
• We are growing our Cleaning Operations Division and require skilled and competent Deep Clean Manager to join the Ecowize Group. 

Job Specification: 

• Manage and coordinate all operational functions on site. 
• Delivery a daily Food Safe Facility to customer standards.  
• Use information obtained at the site to complete inspections, micros, audits, and customer feedback. 
• Managing of site budgets and manage manhours as per shift schedule.  
• Responsible for staff management and resolving HR related matters.  
• Coaching and mentoring of staff as well as developing skills. 
• Drive Occupational Health and Safety and make recommendations to improve the process.  
• Ensure internal audits meet daily requirements.  
• Close out any raised non – conformances of micros out of specification and following up on NCR’s. 
• Liaise daily with customers.  
• Assist with recruitment for the region as the need arises.  
• Assist with coordinating training interventions at site level.

Requirements
Job Requirements: 

• Grade 12.
• Management /or Food Technology Qualification (advantageous). 
• Experience in FMCG and or cleaning industry essential. 
• Staff Management and Labour Relations experience is essential.  
• Experience working with a Hygiene Quality Management System is advantageous. 
• Own reliable transport essential and willingness to travel.  
• Good command of the English Language. 
• High-Quality administrative skills required. 
• Be flexible to work at various sites as requested on short notice.

Description

• Ecowize is looking for a skilled and competent Once- off Supervisor to provide work in various work environments that range from dry cleaning, wet cleaning, working at heights, confined spaces, offices, etc. The work conducted is as per the customers’ needs and requirements and scope and destination can vary from day to day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team in order to produce a food-safe site, daily.
• Manage and achieve the Budgeted Man-hours and Purchases in their Section(s).
• Maintain a hygienic and safe working environment with compliance to all statutory safety regulations.
• Manage individual and team performance; coach and develop staff.
• Responsible for all Operational activities in their section, including operational problem solving.
• Maintain Customer relationship; meet Customer expectations and eliminate plant damage & downtime.
• Adhere to and promote the Company Value system by compliance with the Ecowize Way.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports per job done. 
• Ensure that all current safety regulations are adhered this includes working at heights.

Requirements

• Grade 12.
• Experience in FMCG and or cleaning industry essential
• Rope Access Level 2/Confined Space training is advantageous.
• Background in stock control, stock management, ordering and processing of stock advantageous.
• Must be able to manage the strict flow of operation and variable allocation of resources.
• Be strong operationally with a good track record in Industrial Relations.
• High-Quality administrative skills required.
• Valid driver's licence.

The successful incumbent must have the following skill sets:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the food production industry.
• Preferred experience working at heights.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.  
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
