    Domain Architect

    • The Customer Solutions Architect acts as a trusted advisor partnering with the customers on their needs. Understands and captures the critical inputs of stakeholders and translates them into effective requirements and solutions. Specifies and designs effective end-to-end solutions incl. customer-specific adaptations by using the Nokia portfolio of products, systems and / or services as well as 3rd party products where required. Applies solution architecture standards, processes, and principles to create and maintain a solution's (technical) integrity over time.

As an advisor, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to address their unique needs and translate them into practical, high-value solutions.

    Your responsibilities

    • Develop a Requirement Definition Document (RDD), High-Level Design (HLD), and Low-Level Design (LLD).
    • Stay updated on customer architecture within the dedicated technical area and regional requirements.
    • Apply solution architecture standards, processes, and principles.
    • Define and develop the full scope of solutions, working across different teams and organizations to create effective outcomes.
    • Work effectively in diverse environments, leveraging best practices and industry knowledge to enhance products and services.
    • Serve as an advisor and mentor to team members, guiding projects and tasks.
    • Guide and drive projects with manageable risks and resource requirements or oversee small teams, managing day-to-day operations, resource allocation, and workload distribution.
    • Act as a key troubleshooter and subject matter expert on the Autonomous product portfolio, including fulfillment, assurance, inventory, security, and analytics.

    Your skills and experience

    Must have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology or equivalent with 10+ years of hands-on experience in autonomous networks driving large programs and should have worked as an Architect/Designer for at least 5 years.
    • Experience in at least one or two domains like Orchestration/fulfillment/Flowone/CDPA/CDFF/NoRC; Assurance/NAC; InventoryUIV, Discovery and Reconciliation domain; SSO/Security product suites/NIAM; Analytics
    • Hands-on experience in Java, expect scripting, Python, Kubernetes, Microservices, Databases, XML, XSLT, Data Parsing, SNMP, REST, SOAP, CORBA, LDAP, JMS, and FTP.
    • Exposure to Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, MariaDB, Neo4J, containerization, orchestration tools, agile methodologies

    Nice to have:

    • Understanding of 5G Slicing, 5G SA/NSA network, IP/MPLS, Optics, IMS, VoLTE, NFV/SDN, Fixed network
    • Independent, disruptive thinker with a results-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment in collaboration with cross-cultural teams and customers.

    Technical Delivery Lead

    • As a Technical Delivery Lead at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in leading the technical delivery of innovative projects within the Autonomous Networks domain. Collaborating closely with Central Delivery Services, Central Care services, and Project Management teams, you'll drive project success from pre-sales through to operations handover. Your expertise will shape delivery strategies, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, timelines, and quality benchmarks. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, where you'll engage with diverse technical teams to tackle complex challenges and foster innovation. You'll have the opportunity to influence project outcomes, manage resource allocation, and support pre-sales initiatives, contributing directly to Nokia's mission of advancing technology and connectivity.     Your responsibilities

    • Leads key and less complex projects that positively contribute to business or operation impact such as streamlining processes and tools for efficiency in functional, region or local operation.
    • Manages the execution of a programme of medium complexity against agreed programme targets.
    • Is responsible for project execution performance with respect to financial and operational KPIs such as cost, timelines, revenue, project assets, and customer satisfaction.
    • Interfaces with key stakeholders at business area leadership.
    • Owns and manages customer relationship for assigned scope in services, delivery and performance areas.
    • Ensures contract execution is based on PM@Nokia methodology and applicable BG guidelines and processes.
    • Ensures proper communication to relevant stakeholders for technical requests, emergency cases, outages and project delivery issues.
    • Monitors, reports and optimises services delivery in alignment with relevant processes and tools providing sufficient operational visibility to stakeholders (EG Project Management, PMO, customer).

    Your skills and experience
    You have:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
    • 10 to 15 years of experience in Technical Project Management and services/care delivery
    • Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills
    • Proficient in software development, integration services, CI/CD, and automation frameworks
    • Solid understanding of Digital Operations Products (OSS, Provisioning, Orchestration, Inventory, Assurance, Analytics & Security architecture
    • Experience in cost control and budgeting

     It would be nice if you also had:   

    • Adaptability to new technologies, tools, and evolving client requirements
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating with development teams(Software lifecycle management)
