    Accountant (Cape Town)

    • We are looking for Accountants who completed their articles with 2 to 5 years’ experience who are driven and agile.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Reporting: Ensure that all financial reports including but not limited to the monthly accounts and the preparation of audit files are prepared accurately and submitted on time on due dates, procedure manuals are adequately prepared and maintained regularly and are at the required standard.
    • Accounting: Applying principles of accounting to prepare and analyse financial information, prepare financial reports including financial statements, strategic plans, budgets and financial forecasts, and variances from forecasts and the interpretations thereof and perform reconciliations.
    • Taxation: Ensure that all related tax and statutory affairs of the different companies are in order including but not limited to ensuring that VAT, PAYE, UIF, SDL, Income Tax, Dividend Tax, FSB levies are duly submitted and paid for in time and proper cash planning is maintained to meet all our tax commitments.
    • Systems: Ability to work within a strictly automated environment. Ensure integrity in systems mapping; Generation of appropriate and accurate management reports

    Key Requirements

    • Bcom Accounting and completed their articles with a reputable firm
    • Good working knowledge on Accounting Package (Sage X3, Caseware, MDA etc.)
    • Excellent communication, reporting and interpersonal skills, verbal and written.
    • Good teamwork skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships and to work collaboratively within the company.
    • Tax, and financial regulatory and reporting requirements (IFRS).

    Financial Advisor (Cape Town)

    Front Office Executive (Cape Town)

    • The Front Office Executive will be responsible for providing full operational, strategic, and financial management of the front office. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors; clients; and employees, offering exceptional service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Welcome all guests in a highly professional manner as well as observe and attend to all guests without delay
    • Identify guests upon arrival and follow correct procedures

    Chartered Accountant (Cape Town)

    Summary:

    • To regulate, supervise, review, and implement a full and accurate set of accounting records for the relevant companies in full compliance with the relevant legislation and accounting policies
    • To implement continuous review and control systems to monitor the performance of the company, its flows of funds, and adherence to budgets
    • To identify and alert the Senior Accountant of any irregularity, lack of compliance, lack of adherence to process and procedures, weakness in internal controls, and any actual or potential concerns arising out of the financial and operational matters of the business
    • To ensure that all relevant security measures, and authorization levels are in place to ensure effective functioning of banking and cash management processes;
