    Work is allocated by means of a service sheet. Maintenance includes stripping the engine, identifying the defective parts, ordering new parts, reassembling and test driving the vehicle. The service sheet is signed off.

    Technician Electronics - Parow

    Job Description

    In this role is responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs of all Beverage equipment (Hot and Cold) and Electronics equipment. This includes Fountain-/ Vending-/ or Freestanding Cooling-/ Built-in, Coffee equipment and Electronic/PC Boards. You will also be responsible for the management of spares and all administrative duties that accompany these tasks.

    Maintain and repair CCPB’s  Beverage and Electronics equipment timeously and according to company quality requirements.

    • Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment 
    • AdministratioSpares, vehicle, and tools management
    • Customer relations (including Call Centre)

    Skills, Experience & Education

    • Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate
    • Trade Test in Electronics
    • Minimum 3 years experience as a technician in commercial or industrial refrigeration
    • Minimum 3 years experience as a technician in testing and repairing of electronic circuit boards
    • Valid Driver's license
    • Safe Handling of gases
    • Problem Solving skills
    • PC Literacy advantageous
