    Parts Salesperson (Senekal)

    Description

    • Provide over-the-counter sales and administration functions of parts stock.

    Requirements

    REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

    • Grade 12

    REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

    • 1-year sales and administration experience.
    • Parts sales experience is essential.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

    • Ensure stable availability of stock by ordering stock in line with branch procedure.
    • Conduct regular stock counting and stocktaking.
    • Responsible for stock control and stock rotation of old stock and new stock.
    • Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients.
    • Identify and timeously resolve customer queries and complaints.
    • Ensure accurate cash balancing.
    • Ensure that payments of accounts are timeously processed and collect payments by accepting cash, credit cards, etc.
    • Process sales and returns in accordance with the established procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with risk and safety legislation requirements.
    • Ensure that stock is kept in a safe condition

    • N2 Qualified Technician

This role is responsible for marketing and selling construction and forestry equipment by visiting mining, rental, and construction companies, assessing their needs, presenting relevant products, and ensuring follow-up on all sales.

    Requirements
    REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING

    • Relevant Sales or Marketing qualification

    System Compliance Coordinator (Kinross)

    Description

    • The System Compliance Coordinator is responsible for managing and supervising laboratory activities, ensuring accurate and timely execution of standard analytical tests across all laboratory sections. The role also ensures adherence to safety precautions and compliance with operational standards.

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 qualification
    • At least 1 year of experience in a Milling or Manufacturing environment
    • A Degree in Food Science or Diploma in Food Technology would be an advantage
    • A qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Certificate or Diploma – e.g., SAMTRAC (Safety Management Training Course) would be an advantage
    • HACCP and FSSC 22000 certification/qualification is essential

    Key Performance Areas

    • Conduct qualitative and quantitative laboratory tests and sample analysis for internal and external purposes
    • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with cleaning schedules and verification procedures
    • Test and implement new laboratory methods and procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to prescribed applications
    • Train and supervise laboratory staff in conducting analytical tests such as Fat, Fibre, Moisture, and Granulation analyses
    • Ensure compliance with OHSA and FSSC 22000 standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic laboratory environment
    • Manage administrative functions, including staff shift rosters, leave schedules, purchase orders, and staff ration distribution
