    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Campaign Management: Plan and execute global and local campaigns that attract, engage, and convert.
    • Visual Merchandising: Oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure ongoing staff technical training.

    What You Bring to the Team:

    • 3-5 years of retail trade marketing experience.
    • A solid grasp of the sports apparel and footwear industry.
    • Strong strategic and planning skills, especially in merchandising and visual displays.
    • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
    • A keen eye for detail, exceptional time management, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

    Senior Reporting Manager

    • A Senior Reporting Manager to join their dynamic team. Due to Employment Equity requirements, my client can only consider South African candidates from Designated Groups.
    • This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong technical background who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As the Senior Reporting Manager, you'll lead group consolidations and reporting, ensure IFRS compliance across multiple regions, and play a key role in scaling finance processes for a cutting-edge FinTech company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead group consolidations and internal/external reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
    • Manage group and local statutory audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations
    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance reporting capabilities and controls
    • Provide technical accounting expertise, ensuring ongoing IFRS compliance
    • Work closely with FP&A and accounting teams to drive improvements
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team

    What you need:

    • CA(SA) or equivalent qualification with 3+ years post-qualification experience
    • Expertise in IFRS and experience with multinational, multi-currency group structures
    • Proven success managing audits and delivering high-quality financial reports
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor teams
    • Prior experience in the FinTech or highly regulated sectors is a plus
