This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong technical background who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As the Senior Reporting Manager, you'll lead group consolidations and reporting, ensure IFRS compliance across multiple regions, and play a key role in scaling finance processes for a cutting-edge FinTech company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead group consolidations and internal/external reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Manage group and local statutory audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance reporting capabilities and controls
Provide technical accounting expertise, ensuring ongoing IFRS compliance
Work closely with FP&A and accounting teams to drive improvements
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team
What you need:
CA(SA) or equivalent qualification with 3+ years post-qualification experience
Expertise in IFRS and experience with multinational, multi-currency group structures
Proven success managing audits and delivering high-quality financial reports
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor teams
Prior experience in the FinTech or highly regulated sectors is a plus
