    AR/3D Creative Director

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Define the products & services Superside should be offering to capture the market in AR, VR and 3D design for advertising & marketing
    • Generate growth through innovative, strategic thinking with a focus on business results—evaluate and prioritize based on the best revenue potential
    • Build required skills, materials and processes within Superside to enable us to sell and deliver top-quality AR/VR & 3D creative work to our customers
    • Build and manage a globally distributed team of amazing design & technical talent to deliver best-in-class work
    • Provide high-quality training, upskilling and mentoring that team members can apply to a wide range of global brands
    • Build partnerships with relevant platforms that would expand Superside’s addressable customer base
    • Collaborate with other departments at Superside to create new opportunities and troubleshoot roadblocks to growth
    • Stay ahead of the curve by actively exploring and researching new creative technology, platforms and techniques in the realms of 3D, VR, AR

    • This role requires someone who is up to the challenge of growing our burgeoning AR/VR & 3D business by making smart bets and building new ways of delivering progressive work.

    What you'll need to succeed:

    • Degree in Creativity, Communication, Technology or similar
    • Tangible proof designing, operationalizing and upskilling immersive design departments or teams, with a strong portfolio of work
    • Deep expertise in 3D design, AR Design, and VR Design, including Unreal Engine, Unity 3D, Adobe Aero/Substance
    • Solid understanding of how to best utilize cutting-edge immersive creative across digital platforms
    • Expertise in how to leverage scalable solutions such as Lens Studio and similar
    • A solid commercial perspective, and the ability to evaluate and prioritize strictly based on return on investment
    • Data-driven, structured and action-oriented. You get things done and you measure your impact
    • Proven results as a world-class leader in an international top-tier, fast-paced and fast-growing environment
    • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and group discussion abilities

    3D Creative Lead

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Work closely with Creative Leads and other creatives—from ideation to deployment—to accomplish high-quality services at scale within 3D design and animation
    • Create qualitative 3D assets and implementation into animation from scratchHelp creating budget estimation and set expectations regarding the estimated time for the different types 3D projects
    • Streamline high-quality and efficient production pipelines to our globally distributed team—within these new capabilities
    • Monitor and gather learnings from the 3D projects in the system and refine and perfect the process and guidelines over time
    • Stay ahead of the curve by actively exploring and researching new digital content best practices and creative technology in the realms of 3D, AI, VR, AR, and beyond.

    • The start of a new service comes with some rough edges that need to be streamlined and we’re looking for people that are interested in impacting the category from a process as well as from a creative point of view.
    • This role calls for someone who has strong problem-solving and time management skills with the ability to handle several concurrent projects.

    What you will need to succeed:

    • A degree in Advertising, Multimedia, Design, Communication or similar
    • A portfolio of high-quality projects within 3D for advertising
    • Proven results as a world-class creative in an international top-tier, high-pace, and fast-growing environment
    • 3D Technical skills with tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, Unity, Unreal Engine, Spline
    • Solid foundation in texture mapping, lighting, and shadingA bonus: AR Technical skills within tools such as Spark AR, Lens Studio, TikTok Effect house
    • A good understanding of real time 3D production pipelines and visual scriptings

    What you will need to succeed

    • BA or higher within Design, Creative, Comms, or similar fields
    • 6+ years of experience as a world-class creative lead in an international top-tier creative agency or in-house design team in a global tech company
    • Strong portfolio of creative work in Motion Design
    • Excellent animation and video competences using Adobe After Effects and Premiere
    • Ability to quickly learn processes and multi-task projects with great detail
    • High level of knowledge and craft to provide top-notch motion design and direction
    • Ability to always deliver pixel-perfect quality on time and within budget
    • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
    • Bias for action, proactive, customer-centric, and execution-driven mindset
    • Experience managing creative projects in their entirety and leading a high-performing team (Designers, Art Directors, etc)

    Post-Production Expert (Video)

    • Research the latest trends on social & digital advertising, with a focus on post-production techniques
    • Ideate and bring your video knowledge to the table, suggesting epic visual creative solutions for briefs
    • Own your projects with autonomy while collaborating with team members, sharing knowledge, and working together for the best outcome
    • Break boundaries by being multi-skilled in your field, and create new ways of bringing short-form video to the world
    • Handle the planning, creation & delivery of excellent-quality content pieces
    • Film, edit and turn RAW footage into a captivating story for multiple clients

    Our biggest challenges right now

    • Our Video Production team is relatively new, which comes with a few challenges. Our processes tend to change frequently, so you need to be adaptable and have an in-depth ability with certain procedures. As we’re working remotely, updates need to be constant and detailed. Working as a video producer at Superside requires over-communication, with both your team and the customer.
    • While we understand Production requires someone who takes charge and controls many aspects of the shooting, we need people who get stuff done with a positive attitude. This calls for a trusting team player, who is resourceful, ego-free, kind, and has a wicked sense of humor.

    What You'll Need To Succeed

    • 5+ years of experience creating high-quality content (we’re a multi-disciplined environment, so any on-set experience is a bonus)
    • Good understanding of Digital Marketing, multimedia assets and exporting for multiple channels (including both traditional and social media)
    • A showreel of creating successful rapid short-form content relevant to social channels
    • Ability to create gripping story arcs with which consumers relate
    • Excellent high-quality and time-efficient editing skills, with proficiency in using Adobe CC’s suite of video tools
    • Willingness to go above and beyond to raise the quality of output
    • Ability to manage commitments to multiple fast-moving projects, simultaneously & be resourceful with minimal time, cost and equipment
    • Strong understanding of best design for different media types and specs and proven ability to process, organise, and maintain video file organization
    • Self-sufficiency in your own projects while being a collaborative and uplifting member of a project team
