    Description

    • General Nursing
    • Preparing an animal for surgery
    • Administering drugs, anaesthetic injections
    • Monitoring anaesthetised patients during surgery
    • Assisting veterinarian in theatre with surgery when needed

    Description

    Sales and Marketing Support

    • The primary role of this position is to support the sales team by compiling and analysing sales and market data to help drive business growth.
    • Communicate with the Sales Management Team: Provide constant updates through reports
    • or discussions with Sales Management on key sales
    • Support the work of Account managers, Commercial manager, Marketing manager; Create and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and trackers
    • Monitoring and reporting on usage reports & promotions
    • Assist in the distribution and deployment of marketing and sales support materials
    • Professionally handle incoming requests from the sales team and ensure that support is provided both promptly and thoroughly.
    • Consolidation of all rebate reports for finance department
    • Develops and implements administrative procedures to support sales and service.
    • Provides sales and service-related information as required based on sales and service activities and current portfolio data.
    • Assist with the preparation of reports and collaborate with Sales Management in the various Sales Management Meetings (Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly).

    Sales & Contract Management

    • Keep in order and archive commercial agreement and documents.
    • Taking control on the content of the contract to be fulfilled.
    • Inform the Area Sales Manager/Regional Sales manager on contract details; and calculate the customer rebates and bonus pay-outs according to the contract, if necessary, modify the bonus system upon instruction, inform the ASM on the changes.
    • Update monthly sales achieved vs contract signed (Equipment & other) & flag issues

    New Media Sales Support

    • Quotation generation for the customer.
    • Assist with delivery and shipments of new media products
    • Management of AssetZure & Tracers

    Minimum Requirements

    • Experience in using a CRM tool for managing customers.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce.com would be advantageous.
    • 3-Year National Diploma in either Information Technology / Administration / Business Management or Marketing (B Degree would be preferred).
    • 2 to 4 Years (or more) experience as a Sales Administrator.
    • A tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
    • Familiarity with statistical modelling, particularly Power BI, software a bonus.
