Description

• Diagnostic Territory Management: Analyse and identify high-potential areas, nurture client relationships, manage consumables utilisation and budgets, and pursue diagnostic opportunities.
• Customer Support: Provide in-field support for our current and future diagnostics products, investigating and troubleshooting diagnostic-related matters.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives to identify opportunities, increase instrument placements, and support achieving country sales and profitability goals.
• Installation and Training: Conduct instrument installations, post-purchase support, and training sessions in the field.
• Collaboration with Marketing: Coordinate with the Diagnostics Marketing Manager/Sales Specialist to understand, communicate, and manage sales objectives.
• Education and Workshops: Develop and conduct workshops, educational seminars, and engaging product presentations for professionals.

Minimum Requirements

Technical Skills Requirements:

• Analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Public speaking skills for presentations, workshops, and seminars.
• Detail-oriented approach to customer situations.

Physical Position Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and a roadworthy vehicle.
• Essential willingness to travel.
• Flexibility for extended hours and weekend work for special events and training.
