    Finance Intern - Internship 12- Months Programme

    What You Can Expect

    • To provide administrative and financial support to the Finance team while gaining practical workplace experience. The Finance Intern will assist with basic accounting, reporting, reconciliation, and finance administration tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • This role provides practical exposure to financial operations and offers an opportunity to develop foundational skills in accounting, reporting, financial analysis, and business processes within a professional finance environment.

    How You'll Create Impact

    • Capture and maintain financial records and data accurately.
    • Assist with processing invoices and supporting documentation.
    • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
    • Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
    • Help prepare monthly financial reports and schedules.
    • Organize and file financial documents in accordance with company procedures.
    • Assist with audit preparation and information gathering.
    • Support budgeting and forecasting activities as required.
    • Follow up on outstanding documentation and approvals.
    • Perform general finance administration duties.

    Warehouse Specialist -JHB

    • Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing and processing orders, communicating and working effectively and efficiently with customers and team members.

    Reports to: Associate Manager - Commercial Operations F&A.

    • This job is performed in a distribution / warehouse environment and requires working from the office. This is a full-time position and it may reasonably require additional hours during the week and weekend; specific requirements will be determined with the Manager.

    How You'll Create Impact

    • Accepting shipments and goods into the warehouse.
    • Receiving and inspection of materials, work-in-progress, finished parts and assemblies, and completion of associated paperwork for final release of product to the field.
    • Visual inspections per documented specifications.
    • Generate accurate documentation of measured characteristics for non-conformance to specifications and identify product appropriately per procedures.
    • Maintaining acceptable levels of stock on the shelf at all times.
    • Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.

    Sales Executive

    What You Can Expect

    • Responsible for attaining sales goals and objectives through the creation and execution of a sales plan in the assigned area. This position will drive sales growth through communication and in-person interactions with current and prospective customers regarding Zimmer Biomet’s products. 

    How You'll Create Impact

    • Builds strong relationships with key surgeons in the given area, while able to cover orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen.
    • Builds and implements a sales plan for the assigned area, manages and tracks customer sales activity and prospective customer initiatives, achieves sales targets, reports on sales progress and competitor and customer activities to sales leader, and utilizes the surgery management system to ensure flawless execution of product delivery to the customer.
    • Plans, coordinates, and executes local educational and sales events, with the support of other internal resources, intended to augment the business and help to deliver assigned sales goals.
    • Supports referral network of key surgeons and works with key surgeons to educate referrals on Zimmer Biomet products.
    • Strictly adheres to all laws and Zimmer Biomet policies and SOPs regarding the interaction with HCP’s (Health Care Professionals), product handling and complaints, expense reporting, sales activities, and training.
