    Head of FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis)

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Financial Planning

    • Lead the development of long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
    • Drive annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across the organization.
    • Advise CFO and executive leadership on financial implications of strategic initiatives, investments, and business decisions.

    Performance Management & Analysis

    • Oversee preparation and analysis of financial reports, including variance analysis and key trends.
    • Monitor business performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial and operational performance.

    Financial Modeling & Forecasting

    • Develop robust financial models to evaluate scenarios, investments, and risks.
    • Lead rolling forecasts and scenario planning processes.
    • Enhance forecasting accuracy through data-driven methodologies.

    Process Improvement & Systems

    • Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and reporting systems.
    • Implement automation and digital solutions to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
    • Ensure standardization and best practices across financial planning activities.

    Reporting & Governance

    • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Maintain strong internal controls within planning and analysis processes.
    • Support Region FP&A, Region CAO (Chief Accounting Officer) and other departments, board reporting, and external stakeholder requirements (if necessary).

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CPA preferred).
    • 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a regional or multinational role.
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
    • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.

    Head of Finance

    Key Responsibilities:

    Regional Financial Oversight

    • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across all entities for New Cars business and supported by different function MEA region controllers (parts and services, warranty, G&A, marketing & commercial expenses).
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
    • Ensure alignment of regional financial goals with corporate strategy.

    Business Partnering

    • Collaborate with SubSahara business leaders to support decision-making and drive profitability.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations for operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
    • Support Region commercial teams with pricing, investment analysis, and contract evaluations.

    Reporting & Compliance

    • Consolidate the information of different functions (vehicles, parts and services, warranty, G&A, marketing & commercial expenses) sharing timely in accordance with IFRS/local GAAP and internal policies.
    • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews.

    Strategic Support

    • Participate in M&A activities, market expansion, and restructuring projects.
    • Support strategic planning and scenario modeling for regional growth.
    • Represent finance in regional leadership meetings and cross-functional initiatives.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CPA preferred).
    • 7+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a regional or multinational role.
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.

    Accounts Receivable

    Key Responsibilities

    • Accurately perform Cash applications
    • Prepare and maintain an accurate AR aging report/ledger with notes on status of payments
    • Responding to customer inquiries related to invoicing / finance / AR and close tickets in timely manner
    • Collaborate with the billing team and finance teams as required
    • Reconciling outstanding issues on customer accounts
    • Track and ensure completion of critical requests
    • Collaborate as needed with other leads to ensure all queries / escalations are closed off
    • Provide accurate feedback to requestors; communicate the root causes, trends, and solutions
    • Monitoring and management of tasks & targets to ensure SLAs & KPIs are met/exceeded
    • Identify, support & drive process improvement initiatives (to work methods, processes & systems)
    • Provide reporting including interpretation, trends, and root causes to assist the manager in preparation for weekly, monthly & quarterly meetings
    • Build & maintain good professional relationships with client and team members
    • Other ad-hoc projects/reports and requests

    Required Skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (English); ability to communicate independently with client, build strong client relationships
    • Ability to investigate & solve queries from customers with internal stakeholders
    • Ability to prioritize and manage expectations
    • A keen eye for detail
    • Process Oriented
    • Ability to work independently & multitask
    • Relevant Diploma / Degree (Accounting, Finance)
    • Experience in Financial Administration and Accounts Receivable (Billing, Cash Applications etc.)
    • Perform daily/monthly reconciliations
    • 3+ years Accounts Receivable experience
    • Good computer skills: Oracle experience would be a plus, MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint skills) required
    • Pro-active problem solver; always searching for process improvement opportunities
    • The ability to take initiative and ownership of own work
    • High level of honesty, accuracy, confidentiality, and dependability
